What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order for items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to stock availability in our warehouse. You can only exchange for the same item and same color, just a different size. Swapping for a different style or color isn’t permitted!
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Different style or different color with your order
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds will only be provided if the item is unavailable for replacement or if the issue is determined to be our error.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you decide to exchange, the customer must cover the cost for an Extra Packaging Fee (1,000 Kyats per piece) and the Extra Delivery Fees. This delivery cost is for two delivery legs and the price varies by township.Â
- Delivery Fees Explained (The Two Journeys) : This fee covers the cost of the first journey (the pickup from you) and the second journey (delivering it back to the LYF warehouse. These delivery charges are solely decided by the Delivery Company.Â
- Self-Return Option : If you don’t want to use our delivery company, you’re welcome to send the item back yourself. Just make sure it arrives at the LYF warehouse within 48 hours of your initial exchange request.Â
- We’ll happily send out your new size only once the original item has officially arrived safely at our warehouse. Once your returned order reaches the warehouse, please give us approximately 5 to 7 working days to get your brand-new exchanged item resent to you.

All orders placed Monday-Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 5pm (MMT) will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).Â
Please note: Orders placed during special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra business days for order processing.
We are pleased to offer nationwide shipping across Myanmar. Looking ahead, we are actively expanding our logistics network and will soon be launching international shipping to Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. If you do not see your location listed below, we don’t currently ship to your location.
